Chief Administration Officer, Fitness Connection
As Chief Administration Officer, Josh works with the executive team to determine the strategic direction, projects and execution of those projects as well as overseeing billing and out of club customer service. Previously, as CAO, he oversaw the People Team and Information Technology departments. As Sr. Vice President of operations Mr. Harwood was responsible for the People Team, operations of the clubs including customer service, retail sales and risk management, call center and information technology. As a co-founder, principal and COO at TMS, he provided operational, new site selection and presale advice to franchisees as well as managed turnaround projects for health club chains. Prior to TMS, Mr. Harwood was a franchisee and COO of a multi-location chain. Mr. Harwood has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia.
